Opinion: Watching My Country From Across the Sea

Two weeks ago, I was in France, perusing the magazine selection at the Marseille train station. Not a single magazine in English. In the political section, Barack Obama’s big shining smile caught my eye from one of the covers. “BARACK OBAMA,” the headline read, “Le Kennedy Black.” I

A Senior’s Memories of Roswell: 2004

The real Southwest is drunk with the history of destitution. Roswell could be its capital. It’s wasted. There’s still that old gunslinger mentality, reckless and violent, but depression and drought has sucked the romance out. Now the crime is real, the deaths and the drugs hit hard. Men's Tennis Continuing Their Strong Start

in

The men’s Purchase tennis team is continuing to surpass the aspirations they set at the beginning of the season.  Since the start of the season, they have won matches against major teams, including the predicted favorite for the season, Yeshiva University.
